Stacey Gardner, an accomplished entrepreneur and financial expert with over 20 years experience, stands at the helm of Shoebox Bookkeeping Service LLC, a company she founded over 13 years ago. As the Founder & CEO, Stacey has dedicated her career to empowering small businesses, providing a comprehensive suite of services including bookkeeping, cash flow management, payroll, controller, and consulting services.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Stacey is currently pursuing a dual Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from Southern Utah University. Her academic pursuits complement her extensive practical experience in the field, positioning her as a trusted authority in financial management.

Stacey's journey in the accounting world has been marked by a series of impactful roles. From serving as a City Treasurer to steering the financial ship as a Controller for a high-end, multi-unit construction company, and later as a Chief Financial Officer for a franchise cooperation, her diverse experience has shaped her into a versatile and seasoned professional. Notably, Stacey has also ventured into entrepreneurship, holding the CEO position for four of her own successful businesses.

Beyond her professional achievements, Stacey values the foundation of family. Celebrating 24 years of marriage to her high school sweetheart, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, including outdoor activities and quality time spent with her boys. Her passion for helping clients achieve success is not just a professional commitment but a personal fulfillment, allowing her to contribute meaningfully to their growth stories.

Shaylynn was caught sharing that growing up a small town, small business is all she knew... "we knew the family that owned the cafe and the grocery store, you played sports that one of the locals sponsored so we could all participate regardless of money, and when you got your first job it was Joey at the market that gave it to you” These roots are why she is so passionate about seeing businesses succeed, she understands first hand that the businesses inside a community directly effect the community they serve and in turn determine the world we live in. This small town girl moved on to big cities and big jobs. Kimball Redd grew up on a farm in Alberta, Canada. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from BYU and his MBA from ASU, he spent the first half of his career helping large companies reduce costs in operations and supply chain.

In 2020, Kimball had the opportunity to stretch his entrepreneurial wings when he became an independent agent selling private health insurance to individuals and small businesses. Kimball is passionate about helping his clients save money and get better coverage using some strategic planning and some alternative solutions.

Kimball is licensed in 30 states. His signature products are individually underwritten health qualified plans that often save his clients up to 50% while also providing lower deductibles and a better network. Kimball also offers some health savings solutions, health sharing opportunities, and some medical deduction tax strategies. For those who qualify for government subsidies, he can still help with government Marketplace options. Kimball’s goal is to help educate his clients and find creative solutions that will provide cost-saving and better insurance coverage.

When Kimball’s not helping his clients save a ton of money, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 kids. Kimball enjoys all the amazing outdoor activities that Utah has to offer including skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
